Delivery Policy

Software projects are delivered on a project-based model. Upon order confirmation, our project team will provide timelines for design, development, testing, and deployment. Regular updates will be shared with the client throughout the project lifecycle.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Provision of our software services is subject to project scope and availability of resources. In cases where we are unable to deliver as agreed, Kandhgroup INTL will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of projects by the client may incur a 10% administration fee of the agreed project value.

Kandhgroup INTL takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal and business information of clients.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment for software services may be made via PayFast. All card transactions are securely processed by PayFast. Kandhgroup INTL does not store card details on its website.

Customer Details and Card Separation

Client information is stored separately from card details, which are entered on PayFast’s secure servers.

Kandhgroup INTL is responsible for all aspects of the transaction including project delivery, client support, dispute resolution, and payment processing.
